Coaching Cancellation and Refund Policy

I value your time and mine and I want your coaching experience to be as smooth and respectful as possible. Please read and understand how cancellations and refunds are handled for coaching sessions.

  1. Coaching Session Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email at kizzyarodney@gmail.com.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no extra charge.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your session, the session fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

  1. Group Programs or Workshops

Due to the nature of group programs or workshops, payments are generally non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another date if available or gift your spot to someone else. Please reach out to discuss your options.

  1. Refunds for Packages

If you have purchased a multi-session coaching package and wish to stop working together, you may request a refund for any unused sessions if you notify me at least 24 hours before your next scheduled session. Used sessions will be billed at the regular single-session rate, and the difference will be refunded.

  1. Emergencies

I understand that life happens. In the case of genuine emergencies, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

  1. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
