My journey into leadership didn’t begin with a polished speech; it started with silence.

As a child, I was teased and called “sausage lips,” a name that made me shrink inside myself and fear speaking up. But life has a way of placing you in front of rooms you never thought you could own. And I chose to keep showing up.

I spent years climbing the ladder, eventually becoming a senior leader at one of the most prominent Canadian colleges. But I did it while still carrying the quiet weight of self-doubt, all while learning how to be a good daughter, a loving wife, and a present mom and sometimes feeling like I was failing at all of it.

What I’ve learned is this: you can’t lead powerfully without facing what’s holding you back. And leadership isn’t only about titles; it’s about how you show up for the people you work with every day.

My goals is to bring high-impact, affordable training directly to individuals, small businesses and community organizations that need it most. I believe professional development shouldn’t only be for companies with big budgets. I meet teams where they are, in their own spaces, on their own schedules to help them work better together, serve customers with impact, and handle challenges with confidence.

As the Founder and Chief Strategist of Loqui Strategies, I’m committed to making leadership development accessible, practical, and personal. Because I’ve lived it. And I know what’s possible when people stop shrinking, start speaking, and step into the kind of confidence that sticks.
